About the role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alektum Group, your mission is to scout, attract, and onboard top talent in the West Region. Your role is crucial for Alektum Group's growth and success and involves strategic identification, attraction, and acquisition of top talent for your region, thereby crafting a skilled and dynamic workforce to meet our present and future needs. From deciphering job requirements to extending a warm welcome to new team members, this position is dedicated to nurturing connections with both candidates and our fantastic internal team.
Your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment tasks such as screening, interviewing, assessing, etc.
- Talent Identification
- Building and maintaining the talent pool
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
- Following up on the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Establishing a presence on diverse job boards, at talent fairs, and engaging with the talent pool
- Employer Branding and Marketing activities
The position reports to the Regional HR Manager and collaborates closely with the Director of Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and the Group Communications & Marketing team. Working from our fantastic new office in Bremen (Germany) you will support talent acquisition in Germany, Austria & Switzerland but also The Netherlands and Belgium.
Your Background and skills
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a similar role. Industry experience is a plus.
Your strong planning and analytical skills will help you to smoothly handle the various stages of talent acquisition, from planning to executing recruitment strategies.
You know the candidate market and your skill set should include a profound understanding of candidate sourcing techniques, adeptly identifying both active and passive candidates to build a strong talent pool.
You can demonstrate a strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards, ensuring your recruitment efforts are efficient and targeted. Thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills you build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Your strong employer branding and marketing skills will be vital in strategically positioning the company to attract top-tier talent.
Besides being fluent in German (both spoken and written), you are also fluent in English, enabling you to communicate effectively in a diverse and international setting. Besides that, you are excited by the opportunity to occasionally travel in your region.
